Warranty conditions
Warranty conditions
Some of the products we offer come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product description for details of the warranty coverage. Remaining warranty periods, including the expiration date, are also indicated in the product description.
Your statutory warranty rights (e.g., subsequent performance in the form of replacement or repair) against us as your contractual partner remain fully intact. The manufacturer's warranty does not limit your statutory warranty rights in any way. Below you will find further information about the various manufacturers, as well as links to their warranty terms:
Lenovo manufacturer's warranty:
The guarantor is: Lenovo (Germany) GmbH, Gropiusplatz 10, 70563 Stuttgart, Germany. The duration and geographical scope of the warranty can be found in the respective product description. If no geographical scope is specified in the product description, the warranty coverage extends to the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. To make a warranty claim, only the device's "Type" number and serial number are required. You can find both numbers on a sticker on the device's casing, usually on the underside. With the Lenovo manufacturer's warranty, Lenovo guarantees that the purchased hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period under normal use.
