Event information

The SAP employee event runs from November 24th to November 30th, 2025.

Shipping to Germany, France and Austria is free.

Since the quantities are limited, it is possible that not all models offered will be available for the entire period.
Should a model become unavailable in the meantime, please contact us and we will inform you as soon as the model is back in stock.
The notebooks are delivered with a German keyboard.

Payment options: PayPal, bank transfer in advance, credit card

All notebooks come with original Windows 11 Professional 64-bit pre-installed and digitally linked to the device.

A 30-day Office 365 trial version is pre-installed, which can be ordered for a fee from Microsoft after the trial period if desired.

All devices come with a 12-month warranty.

All devices are used goods in good condition, with slight signs of wear.

The batteries are used and generally have between 60-80% of the capacity of a new battery (batteries are excluded from the warranty as wear parts).

As an SAP employee, you receive a permanent 10% discount on all devices in our regular webshop www.orbit365.de with the voucher code RTS63Q.
(This voucher cannot be combined with promotional prices during this promotion).

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
